Privacy Policy

This policy explains who is responsible for your information and how information submitted through the Fixaki website may be used.

Last updated: 23 July 2026

Who we are

NWATT LTD, trading as Fixaki, is the data controller responsible for the personal information collected through this website.

NWATT LTD is registered in England and Wales under company number 15391253. Its registered office is Office F1 Enterprise House, Foleshill Enterprise Park, Courtaulds Way, Coventry, England, CV6 5NX. Privacy enquiries can be sent to hello@fixaki.com or made by telephone on +44 7356 269696.

Information you provide

When you contact us or request a service, you may provide your name, contact details, postcode or service address, details of the work required, and any information you choose to include in your message.

How information may be used

  • To respond to enquiries and arrange requested services.
  • To communicate about appointments, quotations, repairs and customer support.
  • To maintain appropriate business and transaction records.
  • To protect the website, customers and the business from misuse or fraud.
  • To meet legal or regulatory obligations that apply to the business.

Lawful bases

Depending on the context, information may be processed because it is necessary to take steps at your request or perform a contract, because NWATT LTD has a legitimate interest in operating and protecting its services, because a legal obligation applies, or because you have given consent.

Sharing information

Information may be shared with engineers, service providers or professional advisers only where reasonably necessary to respond to your request, deliver a service, operate the website, or meet a legal obligation. If you continue a conversation through WhatsApp, your use of that service is also subject to WhatsApp's own privacy information.

Optional advertising measurement

If you select “Allow measurement”, optional AI advertising measurement technology is loaded to record advertising-related website activity, such as an enquiry, call, message or form action. Browser and server-side measurement may use a unique event ID, the page URL, country, any postcode you enter, an advertising browser reference, IP address and browser user-agent information to match an enquiry to an advert and improve conversion measurement. If an email address is available in a supported website form, it may be normalised and securely hashed before use. Fixaki does not send raw email addresses, telephone numbers or telephone-number hashes for advertising measurement.

Fixaki does not deliberately send the content of your service message or your name for advertising matching. Browser and server events use the same event ID so duplicate reports can be removed. AI advertising measurement and advanced matching are based on your consent. You can withdraw that consent at any time using the controls in the Cookie Policy; this will stop future optional measurement on that browser.

Retention and security

Information is kept only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, including applicable business, tax, dispute and legal requirements. Reasonable organisational and technical measures are used to protect information, but no internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, UK data protection law may give you rights over your personal information, including rights of access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and data portability. To make a request, email hello@fixaki.com. You may also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office.

Cookies and local storage

The website may store a theme preference in your browser so it can remember light or dark display mode. See the Cookie Policy for more information.
